Wednesdays with Bianca for Yin Yoga, influenced by Hatha and Vinyassa.

Be in balance and reconnect within. Our most popular indulgence and your one day wellness retreat package.

Your day includes Soul soothing Yoga and Meditation to clear your mind and restore balance followed by an infrared sauna and therapeutic spa to boost healing. Enjoy a wellness inspired lunch, whilst relaxing in our tranquil surrounds.

After lunch, we take you on a beautiful treatment journey of your choice, chosen by you from our spa menu. Arrival time 9am. This day can also be privately booked for any day of the week with four or more people.

Step into a transformative journey where movement becomes medicine. Begin you journey with a combination of dance, yoga, sound healing and meditation. Relax in tranquil gardens while you sauna and spa with colour therapy, and enjoy a wellness lunch made from all organic ingredients.

Be treated to a 90 min Goddess Ritual with a Kahuna Massage and Spa Facial to hug your heart and make your skin sing. Then feel inspired whilst resting in the afternoon glow with card readings, affirmations and a sweet treat to help inspire and guide the renewed Goddess within.
