Your day includes Soul soothing Yoga and Meditation to clear your mind and restore balance followed by an infrared sauna and therapeutic spa to boost healing. Enjoy a wellness inspired lunch, whilst relaxing in our tranquil surrounds.
After lunch, we take you on a beautiful treatment journey of your choice, chosen by you from our spa menu. Arrival time 9am. This day can also be privately booked for any day of the week with four or more people.

Starting at 9 am ~ 7 hrs
🔥 Beginning the day with a slow flow yin yoga class to destress & encourage the tissues & cells of the body to relax & rejoice.
🔥 Be guided though a meditation journey, releasing from the mind & allowing the body to feel & breathe.
🔥 Enjoy the warmth of the infrared sauna, followed by a 38 degree spa bath to keep you warm & nurtured.
🔥 Delight your tastebuds with a delicious, wellness inspired lunch.
🔥 Receive a 90 min treatment, that will be crafted with your special blend of Ayurvedic oils and essences.
🔥 Complete your day with a divinely delicious cocoa ceremony & sound bath meditation.
